Pros: Definitely the qwerty key pad and the windows mobile
Cons: The screen doesn't lock out while you are talking so my face activates buttons.
Bottom Line: Buy this phone, its sturdy and comes with 2 batteries for when you are away on business.

Pros: Wireless Sync, Voice Commands, Windows Mobile 6
Cons: To use this device to its fullest, unlimited data plan would be best.
Bottom Line: The Samsung i760 is an excellent device for network admins/pc technicians that are always on the go. If you need to constantly stay in sync, this device is great.

Cons: No vcast. End call button on side may get hit inadvertently.
