Not a bad choice

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Good camera, great programs

Cons: Somewhat heavy and bulky

The Bottom Line:
This fun is really easy to use and for the most part reliable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great phone and a great PDA.

Author's Review
I purchased this phone with Verizon when my old phone was slowly dying and my PDA had kicked the bucket. Overall it was a good choice. My only regret is that it isn't completely compatible with Apple computers (and I'm switching over in the next couple of months).

I love the fact that I can take so much with me in such a little package. I can keep an entire library of ebooks on a memory card and within seconds I can switch from Pride and Prejudice to The Da Vinci Code. I can write an email to a colleague and send text messages to my friends. Surfing the web is an option (though some pages are not small screen friendly).

I've had some problems with the screen freezing up or not turning back on. But this is easily fixed with a soft reset. I've also had a problem with getting the updates from my computer to the phone but I think that might be a problem with my Dell rather than the phone.

I would buy this phone again if I needed to, though I will look for something thinner and lighter the next time. And a phone that is easily compatible with Macs and PC...if such a phone exists.
