In terms of hardware features, the Q's right side 3-way scroll wheel and dedicated back buttons take center stage. These give the Q user fast BlackBerry-like scrolling with the ability to select an item or return to the prior screen--all with the user's thumb. Of course you can still do these same things the traditional way by using the 5-way direction pad and the back button that sits to its right. There's also a dedicated home key as well as the red and green call control keys. Minimize

Smartest Smartphone I've owned yet. Excellent PDA/Internet

Author's Rating: 5/5 stars

Pros: Very thin, lightweight, HIGH-Speed internet, Camera, Video, standard Mini USB cable.

Cons: Does not flip closed, screen gets smudged easily, ringer volume not easily changed.

Bottom Line:
As a phone, buttons are not perfect; as a PDA, this gadget is ideal. As an mp3/video player, it's good enough. Highspeed internet & landscape screen is really nice. Read More

brad's Experience

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Does what is expected of this class of phones, with current American technology.

Cons: Sprint. Is this all the further we've gotten after five years?

Bottom Line:
Probably Sprint's best value. If you have to stay with Sprint, I would get this phone. Among the smart phones, this one hangs in there with the best of them. Read More

Pretty nice phone

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Size, Speed, QWERTY pad, volume, memory capacity, EVDO network, ease of use, camera, WM Player.

Cons: Battery life, newer model is still having bugs like the data-transfer arrows.

Bottom Line:
I recommend this for people considering getting into Smartphones. I don't think it'd be up to the demands of a executive, though seems it would lag behind Treo or Blackberry. Read More

OK Phone for the Price

Author's Rating: 3/5 stars

Pros: Ease of use, large screen, very lightweight and thin.

Cons: Cursor doesn't always allow you to select every link.

Bottom Line:
This is a good phone, especially for those who want some of the features of a smart phone. Not for those who need more office type applications. I.e. word, spreadsheets. Read More

DISAPPOINTMENT IN ONE LETTER - Q

Author's Rating: 3/5 stars

Pros: 1. voice quality excellent 2. sync with outlook easy 3. small/compact

Cons: 1. Dials on its own 2. Hands free feature is not hands free

Disappointed, yet I would buy it again compared to the other smart phones out there because of its size and ease of use. Just need to lock the keys. Read More
