Samsung SPH-i700 Cell Phone Image

Samsung SPH-i700 Smartphone

With the new Samsung i700, Verizon Wireless finally offers a Pocket PC-based smart phone worthy of the company's high-speed 1xRTT voice and data network. Its size, shape, and high-end features make it something of a thoroughbred, especially compared to other Pocket PCs.

Ignore bact3rla's review - doesn't seem to get the product or updates

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Bright screen, speakerphone, voice dial recognition, 4 modes of "writing" and recognition, PC/modem functionality

Cons: Somwhat bulky, camera average, COMPARE with version that has 2003 CE (free)

Bottom Line:
GREAT robust PDA functionality, writing recognition; though bulky, can get second phone FREE from verizon (and forward calls to the small one when you want free) Read More
