Overall I thought they did a fair job getting me what I ordered fairly quickly. Two complaints are this... I paid an extra $200 for 3-5 day delivery and it did not get there in the 5 day period. I called and asked them about it and they said that the delivery was not guaranteed it was just a best guess and they wouldn't guarantee it or give me any money back. They also don't start the clock until they ship it which makes no sense to me, they shipped the TV two days later than ordered and then said they have 5 days from then. Second, the box came all beat up and packed very poorly, it looked like they just stole it off the back of a truck and shipped it out. But it looks and works fine so I guess it didn't really matter. Overall I saved a ton of money by purchasing from them and got what I ordered, just a little late.

I recently decided to purchase an LCD TV and researched the many out there; I finally decided on the Sony Bravia XBR3 but I was not willing to pay the high price. After a lot of researching and waiting over a week for another company to come through (Click for Digital) I decided to go with 50Topsellers and I am so glad I did. I paid for in-house service and I got just that. The TV was in my house in the time promised and paid for and it works wonderfully. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with them again.

I received it within a week.Which was quick I was expecting 2 weeks.

It took over a week and a phone call to get them to ship the merchandise. It is now stuck at UPS for some undisclosed "event". And they still havn't charged my Visa card.

The price they quote you when you call is higher than the price shown on Froogle, and they blame Froogle and say they cant do anything about it. They are very misleading on their " FREE SHIPPING " advertisement. When you call to get free shipping, they say the shipping is free, but you have to pay a MANDATORY (previously undisclosed) expensive insurance fee to get the free shipping. This " insurance " fee is more than the total shipping costs of some other merchants. The person on the phone was very rude as well.

they tell you free shipping and fully insured.but they charged me 199.00 for shipping and insurance.i tried to cancel the order cant 25% restoking fee.i was promised it would be delivered last week still waiting and not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a 60" Sony TV from these guys at an unbelievable price. I was called by one of their reps 2 days later and he explained the shipping options that I had. After deciding on the faster shipping method I was told my set would ship the next day (Tuesday) and I would receive an email with the tracking info, which I did. Come Monday I was called by a dispatcher at a truck delivery service informing me that my TV was to be delivered the next day some where between 3&6. At almost 5 my bell rang and there was my beast of a TV, I cut opened the box to check it out and it was perfect. I've watched it as much as possible just to be sure that everything is fine. As you can see they admit to misleading advertising and agree to credit my "FREE Shipping Charges". SURPRISE,NO CREDIT! nor did they UPDATE THEIR WEBSITE.

Purchased on 12-19-06. Order said in-stock. Today is 12-30-06. merchandise still has not even left their Company yet.

Great price and "free" shipping were pluses in my case, however, buying from this unauthorized seller at this price voids manufacturer's warranty. Seller called me to ensure correct shipping address and approximate delivery time. That was nice. Overall a very good buying experience, as long as my YAMAHA A/V receiver doesn't quit working in the near future!

The web site was easy to navigate. The customer reps were timely, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. The price was the best I could find ANYWHERE despite the insurance fee. I was able to track my order which arrived on time in great condition. The delivery service was friendly and orderly. It was a very pleasant transaction and I would buy from 50TOPSELLERS again!

Free shipping? It depends on how you define shipping. If you read the fine print, you find this store charges a 2.5% insurance charge on all orders. Typical freight carriers charge more like 0.5%, so this store is really adding a hidden profit margin to make up for their low prices. I am very surprised some shopping sites list this store as "trusted". A hidden charge like this that affects all orders sounds more like abuse to me.

If you read some of the other reviews, you'll find that some customers didn't find out about this charge until after they were billed. When the customers called to complain, the seller offered to negotiate the charge. The customers felt they had been well serviced after they managed to get the charge reduced.

The only reason the seller offers to bargain is that they charged five times the actual insurance cost in the first place. They are really negotiating the sellers profit margin, not the actual insurance cost.

Free shipping should mean free shipping. Adding a compulsory insurance fee of $9.20 is unworthy.

Originally free shipping but received a call that UPS has a habit of damaging equipment. Was recommended to pay $60 more for freight shipping. I took the freight shipping and it went well

They not only lied, they also charged a bogus 2.5% insurance charge.

When I ordered the product, their website said guaranteed in stock, yet the next day they sent an e-mail saying that the product was on backorder for at least 2 weeks. Shockingly, the next day I went to the website, and the website said that the product was still "guaranteed in stock"; however, the price had increased by over 10%. When I called, they said that the product was on backorder unless I wanted to pay the higher price!!

After compleating the sale, received a phone call several day later stating that despite what the web site said "FREE Shipping", they needed to charge a significant shipping charge. After being informed it was going to be a more than a couple of hundred dollar, I cancelled the order and purchased it locally for a less price. This merchant is a scam, game of bait and switch. Get you in with false or misleading advertising and then start the "add on charges" game. Would not recommend them.

I just received a pair of Infinity ERS 310 8" ceiling speakers. FAST shipping....very pleased with the service! Factory fresh items. I would buy from 50Topsellers again. I'm a very satisfied customer.
