Item I purchased was marked down 3 days later and merchant wouldn't refund difference. No price protection. Still haven't received printer. Not likely to do business with again. First time experience was horrible. Long live NewEgg.

Haven't received order yet. Order was delayed because credit card expiration date was wrong when application to the bank was made. It's possible that was my input error. This problem has now been resolved. Order has ship, Mwave has informed me.

It took them 2 working days to call and confirm the credit card details! I'd expected delivery by that time. I cancelled the order.

I am extremely satisfied with the product and delivery time. UPS provided great service although mwave.com stated Fedex would be the carrier. No tracking info was supplied, but I got it quickly and it works great.

I had originally used my PayPal account to buy the product, however, there was a problem with my shipping address and the only way I found out was by calling MWave one week later to inquire about the status of the shipment. However, after the PayPal problem was solved, MWave did ship my product out the same day.

I am very satisfy with their service.

MWave.com has HORRIBLE customer service when your product goes wrong! I bought a computer power supply off them. When I plugged it in with my computer, the power supply exploded! The RMA person refused to issue a refund due to the fact the explosion caused physical damage. She even had the nerve to attempt to blame the manufacture defect on me saying that I used it improperly. I clearly followed the instruction in the included manual and was using it properly. Beware of MWave and their dirty tricks to rip you off. These low-life scum will try anything to avoid taking back their own defective products.

The shopping experience was all right, nothing exciting. The shipping was slow and expensive, but the cost was cheap enough that with the shipping it was still cheaper than at other stores. All in all this merchant is a good place to shop and I would do so again.

they shipped the order in two seperate boxes, and didnt inform me, and they came two days apart. so after opening the case after the box wouldnt boot up, i niticed it had no memory!!!! so i ordered some from someone else, not being able to take advantage of the deal, and buy it at the same time as i bought the cpu. which i thought i had but did not. i think they should have tried to sell me memory, and we would have caught the mistake i made. an email or phone call, with something like "we noticed you didnt take atvantage of our great deal on memory".

My experience at Mwave.com was great. I usually shop at newegg and zipzoomfly and Mwave.com was just as great but a few dollars cheaper.

I didn't recieve my purchased. Payment was refused & I don't understand the message sent (by PayPal); Temporary Hold Information: A temporary hold has been placed on funds that were returned to your account because you used Instant Transfer to fund the original payment. The funds from this payment cannot be released until they have arrived from your bank account, which usually takes 3-4 business days.

So far, the MWave buying experience has been excellent. The only thing not yet completed is the rebate, which had to go to the manufacturers using forms provided by MWave. The rebates were clearly advertised at MWave, and I am very pleased with this merchant. I recommend them at this time.
